Level 3 ASP – field design
When ECL power services visit site for the design review one of the items we assess is the current pole structure to learn it attributes. This is part of our level 3 ASP profile process and involves collecting existing information such as the pole specification and treatment history. I the below picture you can see the pole identification plate.
Further more there was evidence of pole treatment which can give us a good indication of the pole history and condition with respects to pole life and operational performance.
